LIDEM is a company with an accumulated experience of more than 30 years for the design and manufacturing of machinery. LIDEM was born under the existing necessities of innovation and design of production systems for the textile industries. Actually we are focused in a global possition.
Actually, our company bases its activity in advising, designing, manufacturing and maintenance of productive systems. Due to the profitability, innovation and security of all its designs, LIDEM has increased its panorama and is actually offering solutions to sectors like polymers, plastic materials, wax, non-woven, etc. tra sus esfuerzos en la exportación.
In our installations, distributed in two floors, design, manufacturing, reception and clasifying of materials, storage and administration tasks are carried out. In addition, LIDEM has an Engineering Department in which all the systems to be launched into the market are designed, simulated, studied and tested. All our installations have been designed and built according ot the most demanding regulations in order to develope our processes. There, the most modern systems are combined with the so much necessary Human Factor. Technology and Design Technology and Design hve marked LIDEM philosophy and will continue.
Actually, the company is increasing its participations in international events and exhibitions such as ITMA (International Textil Machinery Exhibition), FIMETEX (Feria de Maquinaria Textil, in Spain), EXINTEX (Feria Internacional de Maquinaria Textil in México), ITMEX and FEBRATEX (Internation Exhibitions in Brazil), IMB (in Germany), ITM (Turkey), IGATEX (Pakistan), SITEX (Iran),and a large etc.

For this reason, our R+D department is in constant contact with specialised companies and institutions in order to keep up to date with any technological developments and new systems that come on to the machinery market.
Only through this kind of contact and cooperation with the customer it is possible to develope new technologies. And at the same time, this kind of technology is required by the most competitive and demanding markets.
Design
Technology and design has always been at the forefront of LIDEM´s philosophy. This way, LIDEM is marketing machinery which is responding to the customer's expectations and, at the same time, we take care about design. Due to those factors, LIDEM machines present a really easy maintenance, a minimal electric consumption and comply with the international enviromental and security Regulations.
In order to improve the competitiveness of our clients, we have had to configure our production lines to offer improved output and greater production flexibility.
Our job is to design machinery which is capable of offering the best possible production capacity. This is the task of our engineering department and is the result of an exhaustive knowledge of our client and the product, knowledge which is reflected in the design of a machine which perfectly fits the real needs of every client.
Summarising, what is desired by the use of such technology is to reduce at the minimum lever the waiting between design and presentation of the machine to the customer.
For all the above described factors, LIDEM uses a 3D design system which allows us to carry out studies of alternatives much quicker than we could using a prototype and to show the client a series of images of the machine in our studio, without the need of building a prototype; this allows us to achieve much shorter lead times.
At the same time that a image of the machine to be built is showed, we can simultaneously execute the modifications or suggerstions from the customer. Through this technology the modifications can be introduced, tested and evaluated at the moment, reducing at the minimum the time accurred from the suggestion from the customer to the demostration in the machine. In addition, LIDEM Engineering Department advises the customer about the proposed modifications, showing them the consequences of the modifications on the screen.
