Textile Machinery Manufacturing LIDEM

Following its innovation and new applications development of our machines for the new and technical materials, LIDEM has participated in the mentioned conferences. On the last April, LIDEM has participated in the Conferences organized by the Clúster Aeronáutico-Aeroespacial de la CV (Aeronautic-Aerospace Cluster of Valencia).

Participating companies had the opportunity to know the ROLLER CUT system. It is a machine which allows cutting rolls into slices, pieces, ribbons and bias. The machine is able to cut easily and without problems many diverse materials such as fiberglass, non-woven, PP, PES, polymers and all kind of textile materials.  

 Other machines in which the audience shown interest were our EXTENDOR and ROTATOR systems.

EXTENDOR machine is a system for the simultaneous and automatic spreading, cutting and stacking of several rolls, for all kind of materials. In the EXTENDOR range, we can find several models attending to the materials features (elasticity, hardness, color patterns to be identified…). It allows the perfect adaptation of the machine to the product is working with.

 ROTATOR machine is a system for the cutting and shredding of all kind of materials. The system has been designed for the shredding of all kind of polymers and plastic materials, PET, non-woven, natural fibers, textiles, nets, ropes, paper, cardboard… By using the different models of the range, the user is able to shred materials from 1mm to 300mm length with an output which can reach 10.000 Kg/h. (depending on the model, processed materials and cutting length.
