DRE Models

Inspection system through unrolling / rolling. Offered with several working width up to 3.600 mm. Designed for the inspection of all kind  of fabrics and knitwear. LIDEM offers models able to work with standard diameters and up to Ø1.800 mm batches.

All models can incorporate fabric centring devices for a perfect rolling, as well as mechanical devices or electronic synchronisations for the stretch control. 

DRET Models

Specially designed system for the inspection of fabric and knitwear in tubular form.  The customer can choose between inspection through double by-pass or through mirrors. 

All models can incorporate fabric centring devices for a perfect rolling, as well as mechanical devices or electronic synchronisations for the stretch control.

DPRE Models

Inspection system through unfolding / folding. Offered with several working width up to 3.600 mm. Designed for the inspection of all kind  of fabrics and knitwear. This model is also offered as a mixed model to work from / towards folded and / or rolls.

All models can incorporate fabric centring devices, as well as mechanical devices or electronic synchronisations for the stretch control.

COMPACT Models

Compact inspection system for the inspection of fabris rolls with a maximum working width of 2.000 mm and maximum diameter of 400 mm. Inspection can also be done from unfolding. 

This model is manufactured with or without tension control.  

Accessories

Stitching unit Integrated unit for the joining of different rolls through overlocking. The system incorporates a subjection device for a perfect working.
Automatic cutting system Automatic cutting system for the transversal cutting up to 3.600 mm width, for the cutting of material once inspected. Semi-automatic cutting system Semi-automatic cutting system for the transversal cutting up to 3.600 mm width, for the cutting of material once inspected.
Easy evacuation system Automatic system for the extraction of big rolls from the machine. the system is integrated in the roll evacuation system to extract heavy and big diameter rolls.
Computer assisted inspection Computerised system to assist the operator in the inspection. At the end of the inspection process, all defects, meters and other parameters is perfectly stored in the system. This information can be printed in labels or code bars.
Weighing Unit Integrated system for the weighing of the inspected material.
