MODELS & ACCESSORIESLIDEM markets different models of the AUTOCARGER system. This way, the customer will be sure that the machine will adapt perfectly to his productive system. 

 

 

When talking about PILLBLOW system, we must differentiate between two elements: containing silo and filling nozzles.

According to the different containing silos, LIDEM offers the above desccribed models.

A/9 SILO

  

Pillblow A/9

Recieving-containig silo for material, equipped with beating system and peepholes to control the material quantity inside. Capacity of the silo is 9m3. To thiis silo more than one filling nozzle can be connected. 

Pillblow A/6

Recieving-containig silo for material, equipped with beating system and peepholes to control the material quantity inside. Capacity of the silo is 6m3. To thiis silo more than one filling nozzle can be connected.

  

  

A/2 SILO

Recieving-containig silo for material, equipped with beating system and peepholes to control the material quantity inside. Capacity of the silo is 4m3. To thiis silo only  one filling nozzle can be connected.

Pillblow A/2

Recieving-containig silo for material, equipped with beating system and peepholes to control the material quantity inside. Capacity of the silo is 2m3. To thiis silo only one filling nozzle can be connected.

When talking about filling nozzles, LIDEM markets the following models:

Pillblow MR

Complete filling point composed by blower for material propel, supporting table equipped with transport fan to drive excedent material into the silo. Operated through pedal. 

 FILLING POINT
Pillblow BA

Simple filling nozzle composed by blower for material propel into the recipient. Operated through pedal.

 NOZZLE
Pillblow BS

Simple unit directly incorporated in the silo for the filling through endless screw.

Blowers
Trasnport blowers to drive material from any point to the containing-silos.
