LIDEM offers you several models and versions of the EXTENDOR spreading, cutting and stacking system, depending on the material to be spreade and cut, working width, feeding way, roll diameter, etc.  This way, the customer will be sure that the machine will adapt perfectly to his productive system. 

GDT4 Models 

This model is specially designed to work with elastic fabrics or for companies with hight output. 

Working width of 3,000 mm or 3,200 mm.

The system incorporates a motorised unrolling feeding system, with automatic by-pass and synchronised with the transport band and the spreading cart. This way, the operator can control the tension during all the process, being able to work with elastic fabrics. 

Simultaneous working with several rolls.

High speed spreading system.

Lifting table to get a stacking height of 220 mm.

Two independent working areas (to handle the spreaded layers at the same time that the machine is working in the first one).

Extraction band to move the material from one area to the other. 

As well as in the other models, alll the parametres of the machine are controlled from the central console through the incorporated touchbar screen. This way the customer can adjust the cuts number, cutting length, cuts per packets, spreading cart speed, tension, blade displacement speed, lifting table speed, maintenance tasks, alarms, etc. 

In the same way, the machine can also incorporate sevral accesories. 

DC3 Models 

This model is specially designed for the working of non-elastic materials. The main difference with the previous model is the feeding system. 

Working width of 3,000 mm or 3,200 mm. 

Feeding system through roller sets. The rolls are direclly placed on the roller sets. Traction for unwinding of the material is provided through the spreading clip and cart. 

Simultaneous working with several rolls.

High speed spreading system.

Posibility of a fixed table for a stacking of 70 mm. or a lifting table to get a stacking height of 220 mm.

The system offers the possibility of having only one working area or two independent working areas (to handle the spreaded layers at the same time that the machine is working in the first one).

The machine can incorporate an extraction band to move the material from one area to the other or not.

Feeding system through a bar introduced in the cardboard and placed in the holders of the machine. Traction for unwinding of the material is provided through the spreading clip and cart.
