ImageLIDEM, following its improvement policy, has developed several tools for its EXTENDOR spreading, cutting and stacking systems.

This way, two new applications have been developed: a first one for the identification and cutting in a precise marked point and asecons one for the longitudnal and transversal marking of the fabric.

The fist device is a system which detects variation in colours which allows the machine –through a mark previously printed in the fabric– to identify a cutting point in which the blade will act. The system is extremely useful when the work is related with repetitive patterns or colours, eliminating this way any accumulative error and achieving and exact and precisse cut in the dessired point.

The second tool is a system which allows longitudinal and transversal marking of the fabric. Through several devices, the machine will proceed to mark the fabric simultaneously to the spreading. This way, it is possible to mark the fabric longitudnally and transversally (according to a detemined distance) simultaneosly to the spreading process.

These two new tools are specially useful in the manufacturing processes of curtains, stors and japanesse panels.
