LIDEM presents three new versions of the roll cutting amchine ROLLER CUT. From the beginning of 2009, we offer you a new manual version, a manual version with automatic repetition device and a new full automatic version.

All of them are described in the followingparagraphs. In the present
circumstances, LIDEM’s priority is to launch new models with
competitive prices, without understimating its qulaity standards which
characterize us.
ROLLER CUT CBAE/1.8
Full automatic system designed for the cutting of rolls up to 2,000
mm width (profitable working width:1.800 mm) and with a maximum
diameter of 280 mm.
This new model, is a version of the existing ROLLERCUT CBA/2 and it is
characterized by its cutting system through axle. It is fully automatic
with some differences between it and its ‘big brother’ but with a quite
lower cost.
The system integrates a control screen which allows the user to
control all the parameters in the machine (blade turning speed, roll
turning speed, cutting speed, number and width...).
The system also offers the option to integrate a sharpening device. It
is offered in two different versions: manual and automatic.
And the most important thing: LIDEM offers the system with a really atractive price for a machine with such features.
ROLLER CUT CBME/1.8
Semi-automatic system designed for the cutting of rolls up to 2,000 mm
width (profitable working width:1.800 mm) and with a maximum diameter
of 250 mm.
This new model, is a manual version of the existing ROLLERCUT CBAE/2
and it is characterized by its cutting system through axle. It
integrates a system which allows a repetition of the pre-stablished
width without moving the cutting head every time.
The system allows the user to control the parameters in the
machine such as blade and roll turning speed. The cutting motion is
executed by the operator manually.
And the most important thing: LIDEM offers the system with a really atractive price for a machine with such features.
ROLLER CUT CCME
LIDEM, thinking about the companies with low cutting necessities but
then do not want to depend on other providers, presents its new ROLLER
CUT CCME system.
It is a manual system with working widths up to 3.200 mm and allow the user to cut rolls up to Ø280mm.
This new model is an economical version of the ROLLERCUT CCM model. It
is characterized by its price, being a simple, functional and economic
cutting system. |
