Working Process

Fabric is placed on the feeding system which can be by unrolling (from rollers sets, directly from the looms bar, from A-Frame, directly from other productive system, etc). All models  can be motorised or not, depending on the model and necessities of the customer. LIDEM also offers the possibility to work from zig-zag unfolding.

With the motorised feeding systems, fabric stretch can be controlled.

In all our models, inspection speed can be adjusted from 0 to 60 m/min.

Depending on the models, QUALITY  machine presents a wide non-slip gangway located between the feeding unit and inspection screen. It is the place where the operator executes the inspection of the fabric.

Later, fabric goes through the inspection screen. It has up to 3,600 mm working width and a high brightness. The inspection surface is made of high resistance translucent glass The big exposition surface allows a comfortable and efficient work.

Control buttons ( start, stop, back) can be activated from all the inspection unit of the machine in an easy and quick way.

The system presents a total and a partial metercounters. It can stop the machine when the desired number of meters  are inspected.

Once material has been inspected, it goes through the evacuation unit. As in the feeding devices, it can be selected by the customer. Basically we difference between rolling and folding.
 

	By Rolling: It can works with rolls up to 1.800 mm. The system incorporates, among others and depending on the selected model, an automatic extraction device for the big and heavy rolls. In the case that a millimetric alignment of fabric is needed, a centring system can be incorporated in the machine. This way the perfect alignment is guaranteed.
	By Folding: Folding is executed by a zigzag movement of the fabric on a platform (incorporated by the machine) or on carts with wheels. Zigzag folding presents an optional width, according to the customer demands. The millimetric centring system can also be applied to the zigzag folding.
