Working Process
Fist operation to do is to adjust the dessired length of the votive candle. Once stablished, manufacturing process starts.
Hot wax or paraffin in liquid state coming from the LIDEM tanks arrives at the machine. This liquid wax or paraffin is poured into the molds installed in the molding plate.
Once the mold have been filled and through the refrigeration system the machine presents, the wax or paraffin solidifies in a fast way. At this moment, the machine go over the wick holes again.
The last step is to eliminate the wax or paraffin excess. Through the elevation system, all taper candles perfectly finished are extracted from the machine, being ready to insert the wick and be distributed.
