System designed for the feeding of tearing machines in flock elaboration processes, transformation and recycling of several materials such as natural and synthetic fibres, natural and synthetic fabrics, non-woven...
COMPACTOR machine is a high output system, designed and manufactured to achieve an homogeneous and regular feeding of tearing machines, with several working widths (1.000, 1.500 and 2.000 mm) and accumulation capacities (between 5.6 and 12 m3).
The COMPACTOR system is composed by a vertical chamber, an horizontal chamber, an unloading device and a material compactor which regulates the material quantity the customer wants to introduce in the tearing machine.
Total Sturdiness
All the machine components present an absolute sturdiness which guarantees a high durability of the system under the most demanding working conditions.
High Capacity and Output
The system allows a high authonomy degree, as well as a high output due to its high accumulation capacity and continuos and regular feeding.
Continuous and regular feeding
The system performs a continuus and regular feeding as well as a perfect blending of any textile crushing.
Productive lines independence
The COMPACTOR presents an installed self-feeding electronic system for a perfect loading and feeding according to the line in which is installed.
Working Process
Feeding is executed by pneumatic transport directly from the storage and blending chambers. Material is placed in the vertical hopper where air is taken out by a grille system and filters through hoses.
Later, materials passes to the horizontal silo, where a transport band located in the lower part of it, drives the material to the third silo.
In the third silo is placed the unloading device. It is equipped with a big size and high resistance pinned belt, carries out the material milled. This way, material is transported from the horizontal silo to the measurer.
The measurer presents a system that controls the thickness of material to measure. Once adjusted, the measurer, composed by two grooved rollers, which are turning at high adjustable speed, place the material into the tearing machine.
