DESCRIPTIONTearing system which takes part in flock elaboration processes, transformation and recycling processes of several materials such as natural and synthetic fibres, natural and synthetic fabrics, non-woven...

Broadly speaking, we can define a tearing machine as a system which is able to get fibre from textile wastes for the different spinning, non-woven and punching processes.

Following the design and manufacturing line that LIDEM, we have developed a machine for the most demanding tearing. It is able to work with natural or synthetic textile wastes, with an output that ranges between 1,000 up to 3,000 Kg/h.

Versatility
Useful system for all kind of materials recycling. This way, the obtained material can be useful for all kind of productive processes.

High Precission
HULK is an adaptable system. It can be used for the recycling of all kind of materials guaranteeing high tearing precission due to the several adjustment systems which integrates.

Easy to use
The system is really easy to operate. All controls are distributed in the way to facilitate the operation of the machine.

Integrated security system
The system is compilant with the European Safety Regulations due to the protection devices and systems installed in the machine.

Working Process

During the tearing process, material pass through a circuit in the different units. Find below described a summary of the process.

Once material has been placed on the feeding band, it moves forward at a variable velocity (from the control board) to the feeding system, passing through a pressing roller to reduce the material volume.

Material arriving from the pressing roller is introduced into the feeding system. This system hold the material and introduce it into the tearing roller, perfectly subjected to proceed with the recycling process.

From the tactile console, the user can adjust all the feeding parameters. This way, we can adjust both introduction speed and proximity between entering group and tearing roller. The main objective of the adjustment is to achieve longer or shorter fibres, according to the final process of the fibre: Open-end, non-woven, etc

The tearing roller is a big diameter cylinder, covered with thousand of fine and perfectly sharpened pins. This roller is turning at high revolutions. It is touching the material subjected by the feeding system wedge and producing a striping effect.

Once material is stripped by the tearing roller, it can take two different ways. Material which has been perfectly stripped (according to mass and weight) continues its way to the next drum while material which has not been perfectly processed comes back to the initial phase.

Once material has been striped, aspiration system actuates. Aspiration system is a really important part for the perfect working of the machine and to get high quality fibre. For this reason, LIDEM incorporates a state-of-the-art aspiration system. It achieves a high precision volumetric aspiration and a constant pressure in all the cylinder width. It also achieves an uniform aspiration in all the napping cylinder, getting a uniform layer in the whole width and a perfect feeding of the next stage.

Extraction of the lap formed in the napping cylinder, is executed by two evacuating rollers. They extracts the lap and leave it ready to go into the next stage. Once it arrives to the next unit feeding system, all the described procedures will be repeated

Depending on the material to be processed and the desired quality in the obtained fibre, the taring machine can be composed by 1 to 6 tearing drums.

Depending on the taring stage and the material to be processed, tearing drums must be dressed with differnt pin density lags.
