Rotating cutting system which takes part in flock elaboration processes, transformation and recycling processes of several materials such as natural and synthetic fibres, natural and synthetic fabrics, non-woven, polymers and plastics, paper and cardboard.

ROTATOR systems have been designed for different capacities and offers profitable working widths of 500 and 800 mm. The cutting length is adjustable from 15 to 300 mm.

Total accesibility
Blade replacement, cleaning or maintenance is really easy due to the complete opening of the machine. 

Funcionality
Cutting lenth is adjustable through electronic variator. Fixed blade is equipped with four edges.

Working Process

In a first step, the materials are perfectly transported and also kept in all the width of the machine. Later they pass to the rotating cutting system, which is composed by: 

• A counter-blade fixed to the structure.  • Two blades fixed to the cutter head. They have an inclination relative to the generators, so they guarantee the so-called “scissors effect.

Cutting lenght adjustment is really easy and is executed directly from the control panel. This way the customer can choose the parametres that will match with his production process. 

Finally, the extraction belt evacuates all the material cut by the cutter head.

The production capacity depends directly on the materials that will be cut. Studies and timekeeping done in companies, at a full operating time, show outcomes until 10,000 Kg/hour..
