ImageSystem designed for loading, weighing and dosage of fibres in a continuous and uniform way for carding, non-woven and stuffing lines which requiere precision and accuracy.

 

AUTOCARGER systems are weighing and feeding systems of several capacities, with working widths of 1.500, 2.000 and 2.500 mm.

Equipped with several capacities accumulating silos.

Feeding through pinned vertical extraction band and backing rollers.

Weighing unit equipped with high precission digital scale, volumetric material compacting unit for the feeding, with electronic loading programme.

High accumulation capacity
The system presents a big accumulator silo. It allows a continuous and regular feeding to the correspondent productive process.

Pre-selection of required weight for the feeding of the process is executed through the tactile programming screen

Continuous and regular feeding
Feeding of the system is done by pneumatic transport of materials to the accumulator silo. The system presents a decompression module before the main unit to avoid turbulence inside.

The machine is compilant with the International Safety Regulations.

Working Process


Stored material in the material accumulator is placed on the loader horizontal band through the extraction rollers in a controlled and uniform way.

Material is transported by the horizontal band, which conforms the loader bed, to the pinned belt. It is the pinned belt the one which transports the material until the stripping rollers for its subsequent unloading.

The fibre arrives from the pinned belt at the stripping rollers. They eliminate the excess of fibre and achieve a controlled pay out of material.

The electronic weighing scale executes the fibre weighing with high precision. Programming of the weight is done through the tactile screen. Once the weight is programmed, the scale will execute constant and homogeneous unloading.

Once the scale has performed its function, material goes into the volumetric compactor which gives the desired volume to the fibre.

Through the unloading rollers, material is placed in the carding band in a homogeneous way.
