ROLLER CUT Systems are slitting machines of several capacities for different working widths of 2,000, 3,000, 3,300 y 3,600 mm. LIDEM also offers you the ROLLER CUT system according to different roll diametres, cutting up to Ø600 mm.

Safety
The blade is totally protected and it only opens when the cutting process is taking place, during descent movement. In the automatic model a physichal or electronic barrier can be attached in order to avoid contact with the cutting tool.

| Working Process
- Roll is placed on the feed rollers, transmitting a rolling movement to the material and guaranteeing a perfect cut.
- The system, provided with two supports, one fixed and the other mobile depending on the length of the material to be cut, prevents the longitudinal displacement of the material.
- Separation between de feed rollers can be adjusted according to the diameter (Ø) of the material that is to be cut.
-With the automatic system, the programming of the cuttings, both the number of cuttings as well as the length hereof, is effected on the control panel.

- After that, the cutting process takes place. The cutting tool has two speeds, one for the approach and the other for the cutting, the latter being adjusted according to the hardness of the material to be cut.
- On the semi-automatic model after placing the coil, a rule in millimetres allows the exact measurement of the cut that has to be effected, without using external measuring devices.
- The cutting tool enters the material in a perfect perpendicular way, allowing thus a high precision cut.
- All the models incorporates a sharpener for the blade sharpening. This way the customer does not need to dismantle it from the machine.
