Functional
Textile material pressing and plastic bag welding through electrical resistance, with adjustable
pression and temperature, according to the plastic bag and product to be packed. 

Easy to Operate
Easy to use system. All the controls are distributed in the way to facilitate the operations. 

Integral Security System
Maximum security in the machines is achieved due to the protection system installed in the machine. Activation of the presseing and welding unit is executed through simultaneous pressing of the controls. 

Working Process 

Material to be pressed is placed directly on the pressing area, which presents a high sizes variety.

Through simultaneous presión of the two start buttons, the system press the material to the dessired level. Subsequently, it carries out the welding of the plastic bag according to the stablished time parametres.

Once the pressing and welding of the bag is complete, material is perfectly pressend and packed.

The machine presents pressure indicators for a complete control of the operator.
