 System designed for the unrolling, meter meassurement and further rolling of fabrics, non-woven, polymers and paper.
TRANSCA systems have been designed with several capacities, with profitable working widths up to 2.000 mm, input roll diameters up to 600 mm and output ones up to Ø 360 mm.
The system also allows to incorporate automatic or semi automatic cutting systems as well as inspection screen.
Continuos and regular feeding
Unrolling is executed by the unrolling unit composed by a set of rollers. It is really easy to load the material on it and precedes the rolling unit.
Meter programming
The machine allows to program the number of meters to be rolled in a really easy way.
Perfect Rolling
The rolling system executes a perfect rolling of the fabric, keeping a constant tension of the fabric during the process.
Adaptability
Alll our models are adapted to the customers necessities. Among others, working width and roll diameters can be selected.
Working Process
Fabric roll is palced on the feeding system. It can incorporate a brake to control the fabric tension during the process. The unrolling group presents side buffers to avoid transversal displacement.
Unrolling is carried out through rollers set.
The machine is equipped with a meter counter. Is is capable of programming the stoppage of the machine at a desired measurement.
All our models incorporates an electronic speed variator to adjust the fabric rolling speed.
Evacuation is by rolling, with diameters up to 360 mm.
Rolling group presents two side buffers to avoid transversal displacement. This way, a perfect fabric rolling is achieved.
