EXTENDORSystems designed for the spreading, cutting and stacking of alll kind of fabrics (natural and synthetic), knittwear, non-woven, polymers, paper and cardboard.  Products used for the manufacturing of bed, table, kitchen and bath linen; upholstry, curtains, canopies and technical applications. 

 

The  EXTENDORsystems are designed with several working widths of 3,000 and 3,200 mm. for the simultaneous spreading, cutting of stacking of several rolls.

The unrolling and feeding devices installed in the machine avoid the TENSIONS and DEFORMATIONS of the fabric (depending on the selected feeeding device of the several models) as needed when working with knittwear and delicated fabrics. 

The EXTENDOR incorporates a diagnosis and maintenance electronic system which incorporates signalling and automatic indications on the screen.

Working Process

SPREADING CLIPThe first step is to place the material in the feeding system. It can be through motorised roller set, non-motorised roller set, a bar with holders, big batches unwinding system, unfolding devices, etc. It will be the responsible of the feeding for the spreading, cutting and satacking system. The election of the feeding system will depend of the different features of the fabric. 

According to the selected workin system, the machine will make an automatic by pass of the material (the case of the GDT4 model) or the customer will do it manually. 

The next stage is to set the different parametres of the machine by the operator. The parametres are, for instance, balde speed, spreading speed, cuts number, descend speed, etc. Alll of them will depend of the material to be handled.PROGRAMMING SCREEN

Once the parametres has been validated, the system strats with the spreading cutting and satcking processes according to the stablished parametres.

When the process have benn finalised and depending on the selected model, the material is extracted manually or automatically to a second working area. There, the material will be handled while the machine continues with the second program.
