Between these two units, if high precision is requiered, the customer can add a weighing unit. This way, exact quantity of material is introduced in the final product.

The system presents several material entrances for direct entering, filling tables feed-back or feeding by direct aspiration.

Posibilidad de incorporar los diferentes sistemas de llenado (por sinfín o por inyección) directamente en el silo, en caso de no necesitar una alta precisión.

The system also presents the possibility to incorporate directly the different filling systems (by injection or endless screw). This is recommended if high precision is not needed.

The system can also incorporate a feedback system for the recovering of excedent material in the nozzle. This way, no material is wasted.

Working Process

PILLBLOW system's working process is extremely easy. The customer must introude the material into the silo or it will recieve material from other productive systems. Material is kept in the silo and the operator must only press the pedal. Automatically, material will be propeled into the recipient. The worker must only finish the presion on the pedal in order the nozzle will stop propeling.
