The EXTENDOR CART systems are designed with several working widths up to 3,200 mm. for the spreading, cutting of stacking of long distances up to 50 metres.

The unrolling and feeding devices installed in the machine avoid the TENSIONS and DEFORMATIONS of the fabric as needed when working with knittwear and delicated fabrics..

Cradle double conveyor belt: double conveyor belt prevents marking of the fabric and problems caused by loose threads falling between rollers on multiple conveyor belt system. Double conveyor cradle very useful to unroll hard materials as Jeans.

Automatic threading and rewinding fabric: cradle system allows the automatic fabric threading into the cutting device as well as rewinding fabric already spread to easily remove any mistake appears on it.

Adjustable side alignment by double sensor: it gives you automatic alignment on the edge of the table.

Digital touch screen: allows adjusting the programming to your concrete production. Grafical instructions easy to undesrtand. Together with PLC allows the system upgrading.

Automatic start checking control: when machine it is switched on, it makes the checking automatically and it informs about any abnormality.

LSSS (LIDEM Self Sharpening System). System to progam the automatic blade sharpening system. This way, the customer will avoid time wasting and the sharpening will adapt perfectly to the kinf of fabric being spreaded.

Operator’s platform: Really useful for the operator who moves  with the machine along the sprading table. Thus, he checks fabric quality and possible deffects.

Working Process

First, material is placed on the feeding system. It will be the responsible of the feeding for the spreading, cutting and satacking system. The election of the feeding system will depend of the different features of the fabric to be spreaded.

According to the selected workin system, the machine will make an automatic by pass of the material or the customer will do it manually.

The next stage is to set the different parametres of the machine by the operator. The parametres are, for instance, blade speed, spreading speed, etc. Alll of them will depend of the material to be handled.

Once the parametres have been validated, the system strats with the spreading cutting and satcking processes according to the stablished parametres.

Once spreadig has been finished, material is ready to be handled.

Depending on the selected model, the customer can use the provided table as a two working areas. One half will be used for the handling while in the other one spreading is being simultaneouly executed.
