Working Process

Bale Entry
Material, packed in bales or bundles, is placed on the transport band of the machine.

Material Entry
Material is transported by the horizontal band which forms the machine floor towards the pinned band. This last band drives the material through the stripping rollers for its later unloading.

Material Uploading
Fibre comes into the stripping rollers from the pinned belt. They eliminate the fibre excess and allow a regulated material passing.

Material Evacuation
Once the material quantity is adapted, it is unloaded into the next process through the evacuating ramp or weighing scale (the model showed in the photograph).
