Working Process

During the fine opening process, material pass through a circuit in the different units.

Once material has been placed on the feeding band, it moves forward at a variable velocity (from the control board) to the feeding system, composed by tow rollers.

This system holds the material and introduce it into the opening cylinder perfectly subjected to proceed with the opening process.

From the tactile console, the user can adjust all the feeding parameters. This way, we can adjust both introduction speed and proximity between entering group and tearing roller. The main objective of the adjustment is to achieve longer or shorter fibres, according to the final process of the fibre.

The opening  roller is a cylinder covered with thousand of fine and perfectly sharpened pins or by a rigid card. This roller is turning at high revolutions opening the fibre into the dessired way.

Extraction of the material is executed through a transport blower which transports it to the next process stage.
