DESCRIPTIONSystem for the weighing and blending of fibres (natural & synthetic), feathers, crushed foam… Mainly used in stuffing processes for the upholstry, bedding ans toys industries.

DOCER systems are weighing and blending systems with several capacities. They provide an exact weighing and homogeneous blending of fibres and stuffing materials..

DOCER

Indepence
The weigher-blender is composed by two independent systems. Stored material in the accumulators are placed in the weighing and evacuation systems. The evacuation unit follow the orders from the scale and proceed to unload the materials into the belts.

High Precision
Selection of the weights is done by means of a digital dealer in a precise way. Once the programming is done, the dosage system provides the scale with the exact quantity of material

Homogeneity
Material is placed on the transport bands. Through this band, it is transported to the blending hopper. There, by an air transport system to achieve a homogeneous blending of materials.

Easy to operate
Control elements are clearly distributed. The system is equipped with a security device which informs of possible damages and breakdowns.

Integral Security System
The system is fully compilant with European Safety Regulations due to the several systems which integrates.

Working Process

SILO FEEDING Feeding of the system is executed by pneumatic transport directly on the material accumulator. The accumulator has a decompression chamber with dust filters by sacks.

HOPPER Material comes into dosage module from the accumulator by gravity. This unit is composed by three rollers. Two of them are dosage measurer, striated and turning in opposite ways. The other one is a strip roller and turns at high revolutions. They feed the scale in a continuous and precise way.

The digital and tactile programmer send to the dosage measurer the order to feed the scale in a precise way.

Once material has been weighed, the system proceeds to its evacuation.

WEIGHINGThe system is composed by two or more units which are completely independent. This way, a customised blending, with variable percentages according to the specific weight of the materials, is achieved.

Homogeneous blending is achieved by a blower’s system installed in the blending hopper. It is there where turbulences are created in order to get an homogeneous blending of the materials.

LIDEM also offers the system with only onw unit, which is commonly used for the weighing in stuffing lines.
