TUNDER PULL systems are shearing-polishing systems with several capacities up to 3.200 mm. The system can be manufactured with different feeding and evacuation options.
 Continuous & Regular Feeding
Feeding is executed through zig-zag unfolding which preceeds a continuous and regular feeding of the shearing unit.

 Working Process
The fabric to be processed is placed directly under the feeding system. The system feeds in a continuous and regular way the shearing unit. In all the models, speed is adjustable.
Firstly, the fabric goes through entry tensing bars, where we stablish mechanical tension. A motorised traction roller, specilly lapped, is the one which executes the material feeding.
Centring system allows to keep the fabric perfectly alligned and controlled during all the process.
The next step of the material is going through polishing module. The feeding and extraction rollers of the fibre polishing unit are curved expanders with the special feature of being adjustable to fix the angle of the pile or polished fibre.
Then shearing process comes. Shearing bench is adjustable, so selection of the incidence angle of the cutting blades is a extremely easy task.

 Shag pile shearing speed for fabrics like Jacquard and heddles ranges between 12 and 24 meters per minute; with one pass per side.
Shearing speed for warping loom fabrics: raschel, circular, etc. ranges between 8 and 12 meters per minute; with one pass per side.
TUNDER PULL system incoporates a meter-counter which allow the user to stop it at a dessired length.
