Working Process
The fabric to be tiggered is placed under the unfolding feeding device. The machine is fed in a constand and regular. In all the models, velocity is adjustable according to the kind of material to be tiggered.
Firstly, the fabric goes through a cachepi where tension is set by the operator. A motorissed roller, specially lapped, is the one which executes the fabric traction.
In the next step, fabric goes through the tiggering unit where is treated. The fabric is perfectly tiggered and the fibres ordened, obtaining a high quality product with no defects on the tiggering process.
Tiggering workbench is adjustable. Tiggering angle can be easily changed or modified according to the product or customer necessities, counteracting the "water" effect in the fabric.
This TIGER machine can process, in just one run, knitwears and fabrics type raschel such as blankets, bedspreads and upholstery at a peripheral speed between 8 and 12 meters per minute.
In fabrics like Jacquard or heddles destined for products like blankets and bedspreads, tiggering peripheral speed ranges between 12 and 15 meters per minute.
The system has a damage diagnosis and signalling unit. In case of power or air pressure loss, emergency stops are electronically controlled.
